No ones name on me shirt as it wasn't done in those days, just after WW1. The players back then would have a fag, a beer and a wank at halftime, real men, not like these poofters today. Playing with a broken leg was commonplace whilst playing when dead was rare, but did happen.

As with others when I was a kid shirt printing wasn't a thing, I had a pea Green long sleeve top which my Mum sewed a West Ham patch on the front and a white strip of material on the back for a number 1 as I was a fan of Phil Parks.

Never had names on shirts when i was a kid. However in the early 70's i had a Ajax shirt with a no. 14 (cruyff) on the back.
